Mr. Ginsberg has built a reputation of success in the courtroom helping injured clients for more than 24 years.  A highly skilled personal injury trial lawyer, Mr. Ginsberg has consistently demonstrated his dedication to advocating for the rights of his injured client successfully. Most recently, Mr. Ginsberg was honored the recipient of the prestigious 2024 Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year award from the American Institute of Legal Professionals (AIOLP) and the 2024 Top 10 Attorney Award for the State of New York from the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (NAOPIA). In 2023, Mr. Ginsberg was recognized among the Top One Percent of Lawyers in America by The National Association of Distinguished Counsel.

In addition, for the fourth year, Mr. Ginsberg was recognized and selected by The National Trial Lawyers Organization as one of the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in New York in 2024.
